Michele Oliva

President

Michele Oliva is an expert in international relations who helps the younger generation, make sense of the world around them. He is president and founder of Euroformaz Group, an Association dedicated to the growth of the local territory and the European Community from an economic, social and environmental point of view, thanks to the implementation of activities intended as places for the transfer of knowledge and learning in the fields of eco-sustainable development, new technologies, art and culture.

He currently teaches of computer science at IIS Piria in Rosarno and previously he was a teacher at the Giuseppe Garibaldi State Agricultural Technical Institute of Rome.  Hi is also   specialized  in Teaching Disabled Students.  In our Group he is the General Manager of Erasmus+ Program and responsible for international relation.  He has extensive experience in project planning, cycle and project management, grant management, dissemination, cooperation with stakeholders, communication between partners, selection and preparation of project activities with his team.  Oliva has  received numerous national and international awards.

Oliva established Euroformaz Group in 1996. Today, the company has offices in Reggio Calabria, Istanbul, (and if you want yur city)  as well as a network of experts and resources in 32 countries.

With the Project Erasmus + entitled Ecological, what else? Sustainable schools on the fast lane in Europe !:

  • The project  has been selected as a “Success Story”  and  “Good Practise Example” by a panel of experts from the Directorate-General for Education, Youth, Sport and Culture of the European Commission. “Success stories” are finalised projects that have distinguished themselves by their impact, contribution to policy-making, innovative results and/or creative approach and can be a source of inspiration for others. The selection of your project as a success story was made on the basis of rigorous criteria regarding its quality, relevance and results. The project has been marked as “success story” in the Erasmus+ Project Results Platform. As a consequence of this selection, the project will be given visibility and recognition, on the websites of the European Commission, on social media and during the preparation of documentation for conferences or other events with high level participation.
  • ERASMUS + Award 2017 at the University of Vien. The award was given by the Austrian Education Minister, Sonja Hammerschmid and by the mayor of Wien, Stefan Zotti, together with the representative of the European Commission in Austria Joerg Wojahn and Ernst Gesslbauer president of the Austrian National Agency in Erasmus plus in the prestigious University of Vienna.

  • Prèmio Inclusivo E+

The Aword was awarded from the National Erasmus + Education and Training Agency from Lisbon, Portugal, and was presented at the Thalia Theater, in Lisbon in the presence of numerous Portuguese  authorities and the European Commission

Oliva is also an excellent painter and sculptor. He is included in many art publications. He has also received numerous national and international awards including: St. Petersburg City Trophy; Magister Artis and was awarded the title “Knight of Art”.
